Shillington Shopping Center: 75,507 SF Originally built in 1960 and renovated by Brandolini Companies in 2007, Shillington Shopping Center is one of the first neighborhood centers built in Reading, PA. Located southwest of downtown Reading, the center has excellent parking and visibility and is well positioned to capitalize on significant vehicular traffic counts. Sold – 2019.
